Dr. Jasmine Shaikh, MD
Dr. Jasmine Shaikh is a board-certified physician and a medical writer with an M.D in Ayurvedic Medicine. Apart from treating hundreds of patients through her clinical knowledge, she has been engaged in medical writing for the past six years.
Dr. Shaikh carries with her a diverse experience of working with different organizations, including a pharmaceutical company, an academic institution, hospitals, and healthcare communication companies. Over the past decade, she has worked in multiple therapeutic areas such as rheumatology, chest medicine, diabetology, cardiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, gynecology, and urology.
Dr. Shaikh completed her Bachelor’s in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). She then pursued her M.D. in the medicine branch of Ayurveda. It was her passion for reading and writing that motivated her to also pursue a career in medical writing.
