Proscar(finasteride) andCialis(tadalafil) are used to treatmaleurologic problems.

Proscar is used to treat symptoms ofbenign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)inmen with an enlargedprostate.

Cialis is used for treatingimpotence(erectile dysfunction或ED)。

Proscar is an inhibitor ofsteroidType II 5a-reductase and Cialis is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor.

Side effectsof Proscar and Cialis that are similar includeabnormalejaculation,dizziness, orheadache.

Side effects of Proscar that are different from Cialis include impotence, loss of interest in sex, trouble having anorgasm, swelling in your hands orfeet,breastswelling or tenderness, weakness, feeling faint,流鼻涕, orskinrash.

Side effects of Cialis that are different from Proscar include flushing (redness or warmth of the face,neck, orchest),stomachupset,diarrhea,flu-like symptoms (such asstuffy nose, sneezing, orsore throat),memoryproblems,muscleorback pain,nausea,low blood pressure,blurred visionand changes in color vision, and prolonged erections (priapism).

Proscar may interact with other drugs.

Cialis may interact with rifamycins, antibiotics, antifungals,antidepressants,barbiturates, drugs to treathigh blood pressureor a prostate disorder,heartorblood pressuremedications,HIVorAIDSmedications orseizuremedications.

Common side effects of Proscar include:

• impotence,
• loss of interest in sex,
• trouble having an orgasm,
• abnormal ejaculation,
• swelling in your hands or feet,
• swelling or tenderness in your breasts,
• dizziness,
• weakness,
• feeling faint,
• headache,
• runnynose, or
• skin rash.

In some men, Proscar can decrease the amount ofsemenreleased during sex. This is harmless. Proscar may also increase hair growth. The sexual side effects of Proscar may continue after you stop taking it. Talk to yourdoctorif you have concerns about these side effects.

Common side effects of Cialis include:

• flushing (redness or warmth of the face, neck, or chest),
• headaches,
• stomach upset,
• diarrhea,
• flu-like symptoms (such as stuffy nose, sneezing, orsorethroat),
• memory problems,
• muscle or backpain,
• nausea,
• lowbloodpressure,
• dizziness,
• blurred vision and changes in color vision,
• abnormal ejaculation, and
• prolonged erections (priapism).

Proscar (finasteride) is an inhibitor of steroid Type II 5a-reductase, that works by decreasing the amount of a natural bodyhormone二氢睾酮(DHT) that causes growth of the prostate, and is used to treat symptoms ofbenignprostatichyperplasia(BPH) in men with an enlarged prostate. Proscar is available ingenericform.

Cialis is aprescriptionmedicine taken bymouthfor the treatment of:

• men with erectiledysfunction(ED)
• men with symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
• men with both ED and BPH

Proscar may interact with other drugs.

Do not take Cialis if you:

• take any medicines called "nitrates".
• use recreational drugs called "poppers" likeamyl nitriteand butyl nitrite.
• take any medicines called guanylate cyclase stimulators, such as riociguat.
• are allergic to Cialis orAdcirca, or any of its ingredients.

Call your healthcare provider or get help right away if you have any of the symptoms of anallergic reactionlisted above.

The recommended dose of Proscar is onetablet(5mg) taken once a day.

Take Cialis exactly as your healthcare provider prescribes it. Your healthcare provider will prescribe the dose that is right for you.

Some men can only take a low dose of Cialis or may have to take it less often, because of medical conditions or medicines they take.

Do not change your dose or the way you take Cialis without talking to your healthcare provider. Your healthcare provider may lower or raise your dose, depending on how your body reacts to Cialis and yourhealthcondition.

Cialis may be taken with or without meals.

If you take too much Cialis, call your healthcare provider or emergency room right away.
