Flomax(tamsulosinhydrochloride) andCialis(tadalafil) are used to treat the symptoms of aprostate glandconditioncalledbenign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH, a noncancerous enlargement of theprostategland) and Cialis is also used for treatingimpotence(erectile dysfunction或ED)。

Flomax and Cialis belong to different drug classes. Flomax is an alpha-blocker and Cialis is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor.

Commonside effectsof Flomax include:

• dizziness,
• lightheadedness,
• weakness,
• drowsiness,
• headache,
• nausea,
• diarrhea,
• back pain,
• blurred vision,
• dental problems,
• sleepproblems (insomnia),
• abnormalejaculation,
• decreased sex drive,
• runny orstuffy nose,
• sore throat, or
• cough.

Common side effects of Cialis include:

• flushing (redness or warmth of the face,neck, orchest),
• headaches,
• stomachupset,
• diarrhea,
• flu-like symptoms (such as stuffynose, sneezing, orsorethroat),
• memoryproblems,
• muscleor backpain,
• nausea,

• dizziness,
• blurred vision and changesincolor vision,
• abnormal ejaculation, and
• prolonged erections (priapism).

• men with erectiledysfunction(ED)
• men with symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
• men with both ED and BPH

Flomax may interact with conivaptan, imatinib,isoniazid, antibiotics,antidepressants, antifungals,heartorblood pressuremedications, orHIV/AIDSmedicines.

Flomax may also interact withcimetidine,cyclosporine,methimazole,pioglitazone, ropinirole, ticlopidine,warfarin, anti-malariamedications, erectile dysfunction medicines, heart rhythm medications, or medicines to treatpsychiatricdisorders.

Do not take Cialis if you:

• take any medicines called "nitrates".
• use recreational drugs called "poppers" likeamyl nitriteand butyl nitrite.
• take any medicines called guanylate cyclase stimulators, such as riociguat.
• are allergic to Cialis orAdcirca, or any of its ingredients.

Call your healthcare provider or get help right away if you have any of the symptoms of anallergic reactionlisted above.

Flomax capsules 0.4mgonce daily is recommended as the dose for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of BPH and dosing should be taken by mouth, usually once daily.

• Take the first dose at bedtime to minimize the chances of getting dizzy orfainting.
• After the first dose, take your regularly scheduled dose 30 minutes after the same meal each day.
• Drug interaction and warnings include that Flomax capsules should not be used in combination with other alpha andrenergic blocking agents.
• It should not be used in combination with strong inhibitors of CYP3A4 (e.g.,ketoconazole).

Cialis may be taken with or without meals.

If you take too much Cialis, call your healthcare provider or emergency room right away.
