Enbrel(etanercept) andHadlima(adalimumab-bwwd) aretumor necrosis factor(TNF) blockers used to treatrheumatoid arthritis(RA),juvenileidiopathicarthritis(JIA),psoriatic arthritis(PsA),强直性spondylitis(AS), andplaque psoriasis(Ps).

Hadlima is also used to treat adultCrohn's disease(CD) andulcerative colitis(加州大学)。

Hadlima is biosimilar toHumira(adalimumab).

Side effectsof Enbrel that are different from Hadlima include mildnausea, vomiting,diarrhea,stomachpain,heartburn, weight changes, cold symptoms (cough,runny nose), and weakness.

Side effects of Enbrel and Hadlima that are similar includeheadacheand injection site reactions (discomfort, redness,itching, bleeding, pain, and swelling).

Side effects of Hadlima that are different from Enbrel include infections (e.g. upperrespiratorytract,sinusitis) andrash.

Both Hadlima and Enbrel may interact with abatacept, anakinra, and livevaccines.

Enbrel may also interact withcyclophosphamide,sulfasalazine,insulinororaldiabetesmedicines, and drugs that weaken yourimmune system(such ascancermedicines or steroids).

Hadlima may also interact withwarfarin,cyclosporine, andtheophylline.

• Signs ofinfection(fever,chills,sore throat, body aches, confusion,neckstiffness,flusymptoms, itching, swelling, warmth, redness, or oozing),
• Rapid weight gain
• Chest pain
• Ongoing cough
• Coughing upmucusorblood
• Black, bloody, or tarry stools
• Changesinmood or personality (in children)
• Jointpain or swelling with fever, swollen glands,muscleaches,chestpain, unusual thoughts or behavior, and/or seizures (convulsions)

Common side effects of Hadlima include:

• rash

Hadlima (adalimumab-bwwd) is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for treatment of rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), adult Crohn'sdisease(CD), ulcerativecolitis(UC), and plaque psoriasis (Ps). Hadlima is biosimilar to Humira (adalimumab).

Enbrel may interact with anakinra, cyclophosphamide, sulfasalazine, or drugs that weaken yourimmunesystem (such as cancer medicine or steroids). Tell yourdoctorall medications and supplements you use.

Hadlima may interact with abatacept, anakinra, warfarin, cyclosporine, theophylline, and live vaccines.

Enbrel is given by injection under the skin, in the stomach orthigharea, as directed by your doctor. Follow your doctor's directions and the schedule for your doses very carefully.

Enbrel is available in three preparations; 0.98 mL of a 50mg/mL solution of etanercept, 0.51 mL of a 50 mg/mL solution of etanercept and 25 mg etanercept. All are used for injection; only the 25 mg strength is available in a multiuse vial, the others are available in a prefilledsyringe. Starting dose is often 50 mg injected twice a week in adults and 0.8 mg per Kg inpediatricpatients weighing less than 63 Kg. Other doses may be used.
