Doryx MPC (doxycyclinehyclate delayed-release tablets) is a tetracycline classantibioticindicated for rickettsial infections, sexually transmitted infections,respiratorytract infections, specific bacterial infections,ophthalmicinfectionsanthrax[including inhalational anthrax (post接触),替代治疗选择fections whenpenicillinis contraindicated, adjunctivetherapyinacuteintestinalamebiasisand severeacne, andprophylaxisofmalaria.

Solodyn (minocycline hydrochloride) is a tetracycline antibiotic used to treat many different bacterial infections, such asurinary tractinfections, severe acne,gonorrhea,tick fever,chlamydia, and others.

Administration ofbotulinumtoxinwith other agents (for example, aminoglycosides,curare) thataffectneuromuscularfunction may increase the effect ofbotulinum toxin.

Solodyn may interact withcholesterol-lowering medications,isotretinoin,tretinoin,antacids, products containingbismuth subsalicylate(e.g. Pepto-Bismol), minerals such asiron,zinc,calcium,magnesium, andover-the-countervitamin and mineral supplements,bloodthinners, or penicillin antibiotics.

The usual dosage of Doryx MPC is 240mgon the first day of treatment (administered 120 mg every 12 hours) followed by a maintenance dose of 120 mg daily.

The recommended dosage of Solodyn is approximately 1 mg/kg once daily for 12 weeks.
