Commonside effectsof Doryx include:

Common side effects of Accutane include:

• dry skin,
• itching,
• rash,
• drynose,
• nosebleeds,
• cracks in the corners of themouth,

• cracking or peelingskin,
• inflammationof the whites of the eyes,
• dry eyes,
• jointpain,
• back pain,
• dizziness,
• drowsiness,

• changes in your fingernails or toenails.

Doryx MPC (doxycyclinehyclate delayed-release tablets) is a tetracycline class antibiotic indicated for rickettsial infections, sexually transmitted infections, respiratory tract infections, specific bacterial infections, ophthalmic infections anthrax [including inhalational anthrax (post-exposure)], alternative treatment for selected infections when penicillin is contraindicated, adjunctive therapy in acute intestinal amebiasis and severe acne, and prophylaxis of malaria.

Accutane (isotretinoin) is a retinoid used for the treatment and prevention of severe acne. The brand name Accutane is discontinued in the U.S., but generic formulations are available.

Administration ofbotulinumtoxinwith other agents (for example, aminoglycosides,curare) thataffectneuromuscularfunction may increase the effect ofbotulinum toxin.

Accutane may interact with steroids,seizuremedications, or tetracycline antibiotics

The usual dosage of Doryx MPC is 240mgon the first day of treatment (administered 120 mg every 12 hours) followed by a maintenance dose of 120 mg daily.

The recommended dose of Accutane is 0.5 to 2 mg per kg of body weight daily.
