Dosages of Chlorpheniramine/Pyrilamine/Phenylephrine:

  • 8 mg-25 mg-25 mg
  • 2 mg-5 mg-12.5 mg/5 mL
  • 4 mg-10 mg-25 mg
  • 2 mg-10 mg-10 mg/5 mL
  • 2 mg-7.5 mg-12.5 mg/5 mL
  • 2 mg-10 mg-10 mg
  • 8 mg-15 mg-12.5 mg/5 mL

Dosage Considerations – Should be Given as Follows:

ForAllergic Rhinitisand Cold and Flu Symptoms

Chlorpheniramine/phenylephrine/pyrilamine 2 mg-7.5 mg-12.5 mg/5 mL:

  • 5 to 10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 60 mg of phenylephrine in 24 hours

扑尔敏/去甲肾上腺素/ pyrilamine 4 mg-10mg-25 mg oral tablet, extended-release:

  • 1 tablet orally 2 to 3 times daily

Chlorpheniramine/phenylephrine/pyrilamine 8 mg-12.5 mg-15 mg/5 mL:

  • 5 to 10 mL orally every 12 hours not to exceed 20 mL in 24 hours

Chlorpheniramine/phenylephrine/pyrilamine 2 mg-10 mg-10 mg oral tablet:

  • 1 to 2 tablets orally every 4 to 6 hours.
