Celexa(citalopramhydrobromide) andDrizalma Sprinkle(duloxetinedelayed-release capsules) areantidepressantsindicated for treatment ofdepression.

Drizalma Sprinkle is also used to treatgeneralized anxiety disorderinadults andpediatricpatients ages 7 years to 17 years old, diabeticperipheralneuropathic painin adults, andchronicmusculoskeletalpainin adults.

Celexa and Drizalma Sprinkle are different types of antidepressants. Drizalma Sprinkle is aserotoninand去甲肾上腺素reuptakeinhibitor (SNRI) and Celexa is aselective serotonin reuptake inhibitor(SSRI).

Both Celexa and Drizalma Sprinkle may interact withalcohol,migraine headachemedicines, other antidepressants,lithium,tramadol,tryptophan, St. John's wort, nonsteroidalanti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs),aspirin,bloodthinners,heartrhythm medications, and stomach acid reducers.

Celexa may also interact with other drugs that make you sleepy or slow yourbreathing(such as sleeping pills, narcotics,musclerelaxers, or medicine foranxietyor seizures), tacrolimus,arsenictrioxide, vandetanib, antibiotics, anti-malariamedications,

HIV/AIDSmedications, medicine to prevent or treat nausea and vomiting, medicines to treatpsychiatricdisorders, andseizuremedications.

Drizalma Sprinkle may also interact with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), fentanyl, buspirone, amphetamines,cimetidine,ciprofloxacin, enoxacin, phenothiazines,aluminum-andmagnesium-containingantacids,theophylline,caffeine, centrally actingCNSdrugs, and highlyplasmaproteinbinding drugs.

Common side effects of Celexa include:

• headache,

• indigestion,
• diarrhea,
• nausea,
• upset stomach,
• bloating,
• gas,
• dizziness,
• nervousness,
• headache,
• runny or stuffynose,
• sorethroat,
• skinrash, and
• insomnia.

Celexa may cause serious stomach and intestinal ulcers.

Common side effects of Drizalma Sprinkle include:

• nausea,
• drymouth,
• drowsiness,
• constipation,
• decreased appetite, and
• increased sweating

Celexa used to treat pain and redness, swelling, and heat (inflammation) from medical conditions such as different types ofarthritis,menstrual cramps, and other types of short-term pain.

Drizalma Sprinkle (duloxetine delayed-release capsules) is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) indicated formajordepressive disorder in adults, generalizedanxiety disorderin adults and pediatric patients ages 7 years to 17 years old, diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain in adults, and chronic musculoskeletal pain in adults.

Do not take Celexa:

• if you have had anasthmaattack,hives, or otherallergic reactionwith aspirin or any other NSAIDs.
• right before or after heartbypasssurgery.

There is apregnancyexposureregistrythat monitors pregnancy outcomes in women exposed to antidepressants during pregnancy. Drizalma Sprinkle passes intobreast milkbut its effects onnursinginfants are unknown. Consult your doctor beforebreastfeeding.
